I’m a certified Human Resource professional with more than 15 years of experience. Many of those years also include management-level accounting responsibility. Over the course of my career, I’ve discovered that I’m passionate about the human side of business, and fascinated by how much impact those elements have on a company’s profitability. The most rewarding part of Human Resources is using my skills to bring companies success.

My background includes experience with both large and small companies. I’ve worked in many industries, including insurance, manufacturing, food service and environmental marketing, and have performed virtually every Human Resource function. My best experiences by far have been with small businesses, helping them build their Human Resource functions and reach their business objectives.

Small businesses are the cornerstones that make our Northwest cities so wonderful and diverse. I established Compass Human Resources to serve these businesses and help them succeed as long-term members of their communities.
